This year’s hypothetical case involves a Request for the Commencement of Arbitral Proceedings regarding a dispute among companies, startups, and influencers concerning games and UGC – User-Generated Content. The subject is highly topical, reflects the contemporary legal challenges of the digital economy, and promises an engaging debate.
