The open meeting on Adequate Dispute Resolution in Intellectual Property and Digital Law (Trends, Alternatives, and Best Practices) will take place on August 20th, from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm. It is hosted by the Digital Law Chamber (CDD) of the ABPI Dispute Resolution Center (CSD-ABPI).
The event is free and exclusive to ABPI members (Brazilian Intellectual Property Association) and will feature national and international guests such as: Laura Aguillera, Deputy Executive Director of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago); Eliana Baraldi, member of the Plenary of the International Arbitration Center of Madrid – Ibero-American Arbitration Center (CIAM – CIAR); and Rodrigo Velasco Alessandri, Co-Chair of the Latin American Committee of the ITechLaw Association.
Moderation will be provided by Manoel J. Pereira dos Santos, president of the CSD-ABPI, Rodrigo Azevedo, director of the CDD, and Clara Affeld, deputy director of the CDD-ABPI.
Also participating in the meeting will be the directors of the CSD-ABPI chambers, Flávia Benzatti Tremura Polli Rodrigues (CArb-ABPI), Karin Klempp Franco FCIArb (CMed-ABPI), and Wilson Pinheiro Jabur (CASD-ND).
