Starting on October 4, 2021, the CSD-ABPI activated a new platform for managing alternative procedures for settling disputes, including those relating to internet domain names, in parallel with the mediation and arbitration procedures. Besides simplifying bureaucratic stages and automating administrative steps of the procedures, this new platform will provide reinforcement for data security and more effective controls.
The procedures registered as of this date will be processed through the new platform, while those that are already underway will continue their normal course on the old platform.
